Alice Ridge (she/her/hers) is the Senior Research, Policy & Advocacy Advisor at the International Women’s Development Agency, an Australian-based organisation which works with global feminist movements to advance our vision of gender equality for all. Alice leads IWDA’s research, policy and advocacy on foreign policy and international development, including feminist foreign policy, climate justice, and feminist futures. Prior to joining IWDA, Alice worked with the Australian Council for International Development where she led advocacy on gender and disability inclusion, preventing sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment, climate change, and international development policy. Alice is the co-chair of ACFID’s Gender Equality Community of Practice. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Gender Mainstreaming and Analysis from Flinders University.
