Anneleen Vos (she/her/hers) is a Senior Policy Officer – Economic Programmes with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), based in Belgium. She coordinates the IRC’s ‘economic wellbeing’ advocacy strategy which focuses on access to the labour market and financial services for displaced and crisis-affected populations, including women’s economic empowerment, and on improving food security and climate resilience. She has worked for the IRC for almost 10 years in various roles, including project, office and partner management, and policy & advocacy. She has spent time working in Myanmar, Mali and Brazil. Anneleen is also a Coordinator for the Voice Network, a network of NGOs and Trade unions who advocate for reform in the cacao sector with a focus on living income for farmers, human rights and environmental sustainability.
