It is a worldwide federation of national organizations working with and for communities and individuals in more than 160 countries. In the region, and work across eight countries – Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Iran, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Sonal has over three decades of experience in the field of sexual health and development, HIV and human rights, holds a wide experience of community engagement, large scale programmatic management, which includes inception and advancement of multi-dimensional developmental programs in public health and human rights.
