Hiromi Fujii is an independent midwife and Associate Dean and Professor of Faculty of Global Nursing, Otemae University. Her research themes include nursing, gender and sexuality studies, and SRHR (PhD in Nursing). She also works as a representative director of Japan Alliance for LGBT Legislation(J-ALL), whose mission is to legislate SOGI Anti-Discrimination Act in Japan(yet to be legislated). Her main publications include; “Lesbian and Nursing Study”(2020, Koyo shyobou), “Maternity Nursing”(2020, Ishiyaku-syuppan), and “LGBT support book for Hospital and School”(2016, Hoiku-sha).
