Natsuo Hayashi

Natsuo Hayashi (he/him) is an Associate Professor of Faculty of Humanities, University of Toyama. His research themes include civil society, international relations and SOGI issues in Asian countries, especially in Japan and Korea. He also works as a representative director of Japan Alliance for LGBT Legislation (J-ALL), whose mission is to legislate SOGI Anti-Discrimination Act in Japan (yet to be legislated). His recent publication includes “Current Situation of LGBT Communities in Korea” (2019, Katsura Shobo).
