Solange Akpo is the Regional Coordinator of ANCEFA, a Pan African regional civil society education network active in 38 countries in Africa. Solange is a Lawyer and Human Rights activist. She has over 16 years of experience in Education policy analysis and management of development programmes, campaign and advocacy with a focus on gender and inclusion. Solange has served in various capacities at country and regional levels before joining ANCEFA. Solange represents ANCEFA in many regional and international policy spaces and forum at African Union, UN High Level Political Forum, and the United Nations Girls Education Initiative Steering Committee. Since April 2021, Solange represents Southern Civil Society (CSO2) on the Global Partnership for Education Board of Directors.
